Sheet Metal Fabrication

We build all types of steel structures, fast with accuracy.

We fabricate sheet metal from your design into a product or part of a building construction. Whether that be flame cutting, laser cutting, forming, tube bending, welding and/or power coating.

We specialise in larger construction products, however we can also make bespoke external flooring/walkways, shelves, refrigerators, metal frames, a set of tables and chairs, casings and handcarts.

We can also supply plates to be used on construction sites to aid delivery of materials when access issues are a concern.

Bespoke Metal Fabrication

Fabrication is the process used to manufacture steel work components that when assembled and joined, form a complete frame. The frame generally uses readily available standard sections, however at times, this is not possible.

Every steel structure is ultimately a bespoke design and our team has the ability to manufacture and deliver customised client requests.

Our key strength lies in large scale project management and we enjoy a strong reputation for delivering the construction industry’s most challenging projects. These include supplying and fitting Refuse Chute Hoppers also known as Resistant Bin Hoppers, RSJ Steel Beams, Mezzanines, Staircases, Fire Escape Stairs, Balustrades, Handrails, Balconies and Juliet Balconies.
